摘要
为了观察浅插管滴注保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎合并痔的临床疗效，将142例患者分为两组，治疗组80例，对照组62例，治疗组采用浅插管，对照组采用传统插管。结果治疗组有效率93．8％，对照组75．8％，两组有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明，浅插管滴注保留灌肠，减轻了溃疡性结肠炎合并痔患者对痔的刺激，提高了疗效。
The objective of the study was to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of retention enema of shallow intubation drip in the treatment of ulcerative coloitis complicated with hemorrhoids. One hundred and forty two patients were divided randomly into two groups. Patients in the experiment group（80 cases） underwent retention enema of shallow intubation drip, while patients in the control group（62 cases） under went routine intubation. As results,the effective rate in the experiment group was 93.8%,and that in the control group was 75.8%,there was notable difference（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that retention enema of shallow intubation drip can enhance therapeutic effect and reduce the irritation to hemorrhoids.
