摘要 针对衡阳钢管集团公司“EAF-LF/VD-HCC”管线钢生产工艺,采用示踪剂示踪、系统取样、综合分析的方法,对LF处理前后、VD处理后、中间包、铸坯和轧管中wT[O],w[N],显微夹杂物和大型夹杂物的变化及分布进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,精炼过程脱氧幅度为28.0×10-6,精炼处理后到轧管过程钢中wT[O]大幅度增加;VD后到中间包过程钢水吸氮最严重,为12.3×10-6。精炼过程去除夹杂的效果比较明显,处理前后显微夹杂物分别为10.85个/mm2和8.93个/mm2,大型夹杂物分别为65.74 mg/10 kg和24.50 mg/10 kg,精炼过程夹杂物改性效果不明显。 The variation of the total oxygen and nitrogen content as well as the behavior and distribution of nonmetallic inclusions in the pipeline produced in Hengyang Steel Tube Group Corporation with EAF-LF/VD-HCC process are studied systematically by tracing experiment, systematic sampling and integrated analysis. It is found that: The deoxidization extent is 28.0 × 10 ^-6 during refining process; the total oxygen content has increased greatly from after VD to the tube; nitrogen is absorbed considerably by liquid steel from after VD to the tundish, which reaches 12.3 × 10^- 6 and the inclusion removal is efficient, with the micro-inclusions at 10.85 piece/mm^2 and 8.93 piece/mm^2 before and after refining, respectively. The macro-inclusions is found to be 65.74 mg/10kg and 24.50 mg/10 kg before and after refining, and the effect of inclusions denaturalization is not evident.
