E-cadherin、nm23-H_1在胃癌中表达的研究 被引量:1

Expressions of E-cadherin and nm23-H_1 are Associated with Invasion andMetastasis of Human Gastric Carcinomas

摘要 目的探讨钙依赖性上皮细胞黏附分子E-cadherin和肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1的表达在胃癌浸润和转移过程中的作用。方法应用SP免疫组织化学的方法检测46例原发性胃癌组织及其转移淋巴结E-cadherin和nm23-H1的表达。结果54.3%(25/46)胃癌中E-cadherin表达减弱至无表达;E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、临床病理分期无明显相关性(P>0.05);而与胃癌组织学分型、淋巴结转移、Borrmann分型有关(P<0.05);50%淋巴结转移癌E-cadherin表达强度高于其原发病灶。45.7%(21/46)胃癌中nm23-H1表达减弱至无表达;nm23表达与Borrmannn分型、胃癌组织学分型无显著相关性(P>0.05);而与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、临床病理分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);54.5%的原发病灶中nm23-H1表达强度较淋巴结转移癌强。E-cadherin表达与nm23-H1的表达无相关关系。结论E-cadherin与nm23-H1在抑制胃癌浸润转移方面一定作用,但两者之间没有必然的内在联系。E-cadherin与nm23-H1对胃癌浸润、转移的抑制作用可能是发生在不同阶段、不同时间。 Objective To evaluate the roles of the expressions of E-cadherin and nm23-H1 in the invasion and metastasis of human gastric carcinomas. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and nm23-H1 was analyzed by SP immunohistochemical technique nm23-H1 in 46 paraffin-embeded tissue specimens of gastric carcinomas. Results 54.3% (25/46) of the primary tumors showed reduced E-cadherin expressions, No significant correlation was found between E-cadherin expressions and tumor diameter, depth of invasion, clinic pathologic stage (P 〉 0.05), significant correlation was observed between E-cadherin expression and lymph node metastasis, borrmann classification (P 〈 0.05), 50 % (12/24) of the cases showed stronger E-cadherin immunoreactivity in lymph node metastasis than in primary lesion. 45.7 % (21/46) of the primary tumors showed reduced nm23-H1, no significant correlation was found between nm23-H1 expression and borrmann classification, clinic pathology grade (P 〉 0.05), significant correlation was observed between nm23-H1 expression and tumor diameter, depth of invasion, clinic pathology stage, lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05), 54.5% (25/46) of cases showed stronger nm23-H1 iminunoreaetivity in primary lesion than in lymphnode metastasis. There is no relationship between E-cadherin and nm23-H1. Conclusion E-cadherin and nm-H1 play important role in suppressing gastric cancer invasion and metastasis, but there is no inner relationship between them in gastric cancer. It's affection in suppressing gastric cancer invasion and metastasis may be associated with different period.
