摘要
对不同镉离子浓度胁迫下绿豆幼苗生长状况进行了的比较分析,结果表明:不同镉离子浓度对绿豆幼苗的影响是显著的,对叶器官的毒害作用最大,其次是根,对茎的毒害作用最小;对株高生长的抑制影响高于根长的生长;镉离子浓度为0.5mg/L对绿豆全株生物量生长产生显著的抑制,随着浓度的增加对其生长的抑制作用也在增加;但0.5mg/L镉离子浓度对叶、根生物量积累没有显著影响,而10mg/L对两者的生长均产生显著影响,但在10-100mg/L范围内对两者的影响差异不大;从镉离子对株高的影响基本与对全株生物量一致,而不同镉离子浓度对根长的生长作用较为复杂.绿豆幼苗地上部分脯氨酸含量均随着镉离子浓度的增大而增大,到100mg/L时脯氨酸含量反而下降.
A comparative study was made on the growth of Vigna radiata seedlings under different cadmium stress. The effect of cadmium on seedling growth was significant and the sequence of effect was: leaf 〉root〉stem, height of stem〉length of root. 0.5mg/L of Cd inhibited significantly the whole of biomass and the inhibition was increased with concentration. But 0.5mg/L of Cd didn't inhibit significantly the biomass accumulation of leaf and root, and the inhibition was significant when the concentration of Cd was ≥10mg/L. The effect on growth of stem was the same as the whole biomass. The effect on growth of root under different treatment of Cd concentration was more complex. The content of proline increased with the concentration of cadmium but decreased under treatment of 100 mg/L of cadmium.
