摘要
目的探讨B超在指导早孕人工流产中的应用价值。方法收集2005年8月～2006年8月计划生育门诊1200例早孕流产患者，从中筛选出357例，在B超监测下行人工流产术。结果357例无1例漏吸、流产不全、子宫穿孔等并发症发生，手术出血少，手术时间相对较短。结论早孕患者在B超监测下行人工流产术安全性大，成功率高，病人痛苦小，值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of B-ultrasonic in guiding artificial abortion. Methods 357 cases were selected from 1200 early pregnant patients to perform artificial abortion under B ultrasonic monitoring. Results No complications occurred in all these 357 cases ,such as leaving out , incompleteabortion and uterine perforation. Besides, less time was consumed and less blood was lost. Conclusions Artificial abortion under B-ultrasonic monitoring is secure and has a higher achievement ratio, and patients suffer less pain, therefore it is worth applying it in clinical practice.
