摘要
目的:通过调查分析以了解当前居民就医的流向及影响其选择的因素,为促进居民合理利用卫生资源提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,在被调查城市的不同级别医院及社区开展现场访谈调查。结果:有过求医行为的被调查对象求医的场所基本上都是市级及以上医疗机构,占到65.7%,仅有4.8%的被调查对象选择社区卫生服务机构就诊,选择私人诊所的有8.5%。医疗费用负担形式、收入、年龄、文化程度是影响调查对象选择就诊机构的影响因素,居民选择就诊机构更看重医疗技术,距离远近也是考虑因素之一。结论:合理定位大医院与基层医院的职责,提高基层医疗机构的技术水平,并使社区居民看到这种技术的提高,合理设置医疗机构是促进居民合理利用卫生资源的关键。
Objective： To analyze choice for hospitals and its major influential factors among urban residents, and to provide reference bases for promoting suitable utilization of health resources. Methods： Fidd study was adopted by questionnaire at hospitals and communities.Result： 65.7% subjects chose hospitals of municipal level and above for medical help, and only 4.8% subjects chose community health centers. 8.5% subjects choe private clinics. Major influential factors of choice for hospitals included medical insurance, family income, age and education degree. The residents mostly considered medical technique level and distance from hospitals when they sought for medical help.Conclusion： In order to promote suitable utilization of health resources among urban residents, it is very necessary to specify the functions of hospitals of different level, improve the technique level of small medical institutes, let residents know its advancement and station medical institutes reasonably.
