阿维菌素水悬纳米胶囊剂的研制 被引量:13

摘要 研究开发了一种全新的农药剂型水悬纳米胶囊剂,利用乳液聚合反应制备的纳米级胶囊。经电镜及粒度分析仪检测,粒子为单分散、均匀的球形颗粒,平均粒径33.1nm,粒度分布11.6nm;原子力显微镜检测验证了上述结果,且证明纳米胶囊2000倍稀释后稳定性良好;释放性试验显示阿维菌素水悬纳米胶囊具有缓释性能。对菜青虫的药效试验结果表明,阿维菌素水悬纳米胶囊半致死浓度LC50为0.018mg/L,与阿维菌素乳油相比(LC50为0.0408mg/L)毒力提高,且速效性良好。 Pesticide-nanocapsules suspension concentrate was prepared by emulsion polymerization. Transmission electron microscopy and photon correlation spectroscopy confirmed the monodispersity spherical nature of the abamectin-nanocapsules, which had a mean particle size of 33.1 nm and size distribution 11.6nm, The sphere can be clearly seen by atomic force microscopy, the result was consistent with that from above experiments. It is also seen that the dilution of 2 000 times has a good stability, Controlled release behaviour is determined by a UV spectrophotometer. Laboratory toxicity experiments were conducted in controlling caterpillar with abamectin-nanocapsules SC and abamectin EC, The result showed LC50 values were 0.018 and 0.0408 mg/L, respectively.
