摘要
在心脏瓣膜替换术中作者通过比较应用正性肌力药与未应用正性肌力药的两组病例，发现两组血压、心率没有显著性差异（P＞0．05），且正性肌力药还可使心肌氧耗增加，并可使心肌对正性肌力药产生依赖，故认为心脏瓣膜替换术中对那些心功能较好者不用正性肌力药更有利于患者早期康复。
By comparing using-positive - inotropic - drugs group with non - using- positive-inotropic-drugs group during cardiac valve replacement,the author found that Bha Pressure (BP)and Heart Rate (HR) weren t significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05). Furthermoe, Positive inotropic drugs can increase the oxygen consumption of myocardium and make the myocardium preducing dependence on the drugs. So,we think that avoiding positive inotropic drugs application is more beneficial to their recovery who had relatively better cardiac function.
