摘要
目的研究微米中药的粒度与粒度分布。方法采用Winner3001干粉激光粒度仪对100种中药粉末的粒度进行测定。结果100种中药粉末中,77种微粉的粒度分布为0.1~75μm,D50≤33pμm,〈75μm的颗粒累积不少于95%,23种中药细粉的粒度分布为1~150μm。〈150μm的颗粒累积不少于95%。结论建议中药微粉的概念定义为:中药微粉的粒度分布为0.1~75μm,D50≤33μm,〈75μm的颗粒累积不少于95%。
Objective The particle size and particle size distribution of Chinese traditional medicinal superfine powder were studied. Methods The particle size of a hundred Chinese traditional medicinal powder were tested by Winner3001 Laser granular analyzer. Results Among a hundred Chinese traditional medicinal powder, particle size distribution of seventy seven superfine powder was about 0. 1~75 μm, D50≤33 μm, the cumulate volume of superfine particles which the granularity did not exceed 75 μm was 95 percent in all. Particle size distribution of twenty three fine powder was about 1 - 150 μm, the cumulate volume of superfine particles which the granularity did not exceed 150 μm was 95 percent in all. Conclusion Suggesting the circumscription of Chinese traditional medicinal superfine powder is that the range of particle size distribution is about 1 -75 μm, D50 ≤33 μm, and the cumulate volume of superfine powder which the granularity does not exceed 75 μm is 95 percent in all.
