我国大多数中小企业是从家族企业发展而来,企业文化更多地表现为家族文化,把家族文化塑造为有利于提升企业核心竞争力的企业文化成为中小企业战略发展的必然要求。文章力求通过塑造中小企业文化,以提升企业核心竞争力。
