摘要
目的:探讨恙虫病患者的心脏损害情况。方法:回顾性分析了我院10年来收治的86例恙虫病患者的临床表现、心肌酶、心电图、胸部Χ线检查结果及有心脏损害患者的转归情况。结果:86例恙虫病患者中,14例(16.3%)心脏不适表现,18例(20.9%)肌酸激酶及同工酶升高,24例(28%)乳酸脱氢酶升高,42例(48.8%)出现心电图异常,5例(6%)Χ胸片检查示心脏扩大。恙虫病致心脏损害大多恢复良好,仅1例因多器官功能衰竭死亡。结论:恙虫病患者的心脏损害常见,且心电图异常较心肌酶升高多见,大多损害较轻,预后良好。
