摘要
该文对新农村建设当中的村域范围、主体、目标和新农村建设的核心等最基本的问题进行了界定。这不仅有利于理论的深化,而且也有利于具体工作的开展。
This article fixes the limits of the country field, main body , aim and core of new rural building, which not only favors deepening the theory, but also favors material work deployed.
