The Reliability Design in the Application of Frequency Converters

摘要 变频器在工业控制中对外界的干扰及抗外部干扰的问题日益引起人们的重视。介绍了变频器应用系统中干扰产生的来源及其传播途径;分析了电磁干扰对电力电容器、电机和变压器等电力设备、电力系统、通信系统、电力测量、自动化设备和其他用户设备等的实际危害;由此提出了采用隔离、滤波、屏蔽和适当接地等抗干扰的实际解决方法。所阐述的系统设计和安装过程中抑制干扰的具体措施对变频器的正确、可靠使用有一定的实际意义。 In the field of process control, people increasingly pay great attention to the issues of resistance to external interference and the interference caused by frequency converter itself. The source and propagation path of interference in application system of the frequency converter are introduced, and the practical harmfulness of electromagnetic interference to electric devices such as power capacitors, motors and transformers, and electric power systems, communication systems, electric measurement, automation equipment as well as other user equipment, etc. , are analyzed, so some practical solutions to anti-interference, e.g. isolation, filtering, masking and proper grounding are proposed. The concrete measures of interference suppression in system design and installation are worth of correct and reliable or, eration of frequency converters.
