摘要
介绍了一种面向电机控制的数字信号处理芯片DSP56F805,并用它来控制单个永磁同步伺服电机的运行,从而构成FCS(现场总线控制系统)中的一个智能节点。然后利用CAN总线把这些智能节点连接起来,构成一个含有多个永磁同步电机(PMSM)子控制系统的FCS。研究了ELMO伺服位置环PIP控制算法,该位置控制器不仅可以用于点位控制系统,而且可以应用于采用插补算法的轮廓控制系统中。
This paper describes the DSP56F805 which is used in motor control system. Firstly, a DSP56F805 chip is applied to control a PMSM, which constructs an intelligent node in FCS. And then all intelligent nodes are connected by CAN bus and a FCS with several PMSMs subcontrol systems is accomplished. Finally,a novel method of PIP control is given. This controller can be used in some pointpoint control systems also can be applied in some machine surface control systems using interpolation algorithm.
