摘要
以甲基丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,水为分散介质,通过正交试验,采用悬浮聚合法制备了自溶胀型的吸油树脂,并考察了树脂的吸油性能。结果表明:n(BMA)∶n(BA)=1∶2,引发剂用量0.8%,交联剂用量1.6%,分散剂用量5.0%,温度为80℃,反应时间为5h,水油比为7∶1时,甲苯的吸油率达17.24g.g-1。在2.5 h内,树脂基本达到饱和吸油状态,同时保油率达95%以上。
The oil - absorption resins were prepared by eopolymerization of butyl methaerylate and methyl methaerylate as the monomer, N, N' - methylene bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent, BPO(benzoyl peroxide) as the initiator, PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) as the dispersing agent and water as the disperal phase in this paper. The experimental results show that the amount of the initiator is 0.8 % of the monomer by weight, the amount of the erosslinking agent is I. 6 % of the monomer by weight, the amount of the dispersing agent is 5.0 % of the monomer by weight, the polymerization temperature is 80 ℃, the reaction time is 5 hours and the water - oil ratio is 7 to 1. The oil - absorbing resin synthe- sized in this paper has good properties and its oil - absorption can be as high as 17.24g· g^-1 for toluene. The saturated oil absorption ratio earl be obtained within two and half hours, and the oil retention ratio exceeded 95 %.
