摘要
实施双语教学是高等农业院校教学改革的一项新举措,通过对东北农业大学食品科学与工程学科开展双语教学影响因素的研究,旨在找到解决问题的办法。
Bilingual teaching is a new measure of education reform in agricultural universities, The purpose of this article is to make a comprehension about the affect factor of bilingual teaching in subject of food science and engineering and find the method to conquer it.
