摘要
目的:研究生化止血饮缩短药流后出血时间的作用机制。方法:将妊娠的Wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、缩宫素组、益母草组、生化止血饮高、低剂量组,每组16只。采用原位杂交方法检测大鼠子宫内膜组织中孕激素受体(PR)mRNA、雌激素受体(ER)mRNA的变化。结果:生化止血饮可降低PRmRNA表达水平,增强ERmRNA表达水平,且疗效优于益母草组及缩宫素组。结论:生化止血饮通过促进蜕膜剥脱和内膜修复从而缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间。
Objective :To investigate the mechanism of Shenghua Zhixue decoction on shortening bleeding duration after medical abortion. Method: 96 pregnant Wister rats were randomly divided into control group, abortion group, oxytocin treatment group, Yimucao treatment group, Shenghua Zhixue decoction treatment group 1 (low dosage), group 2(high dosage) The expression of PRmRNA and ERmRNA in endometrium of rats were detected by in situ hybridization. Result: The PRmRNA expression was increased obviously and the ERmRNA expression was decreased significantly in rats' endometri- um of Shenghua Zhixue decoction treatment group 1 and 2. Conclusion: Shenghua Zhixue decoction can shorten bleeding duration of pregnant rats after medical abortion by promoting uterine decidua shedding and endometrium regeneration.
