高分散TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:1

Preparation of highly isolated TiO_2-SiO_2 binary oxides and its photocatalytic property

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶技术,控制钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)与硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解速度,使其共同水解为溶胶、凝胶,以乙醇为溶剂进行干燥,经过热处理后,得到高分散的纳米T iO2-S iO2复合氧化物。应用TEM,FT IR,XRD,DRS对其进行了表征,表明T iO2均匀地分散于无定形S iO2基质中,以T i-O-S i键结合。此催化剂在对环己烷光催化氧化反应中显示了对环己醇良好的选择性。 Hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) and Tetraethoxyorthosilicate (TEOS) is controlled al together to,prepare highly isolated TiO2-SiO2 binary oxides by a sol-gel method. TEM, XRD, FTIR, DRS are used to characterize the asmples and illustrate that TiO2 species are well attributed in amorphous silica matrix. Improved selectivity of cyclohexanol against cyclohexanone is observed in the photocatalysis of cyclohexane.
