不同生态条件对大麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量的影响 被引量:6

The Effect of Different Ecological Conditions on the Contents of Protein and Its Components in Barley Grain

摘要 为了明确不同种植条件下大麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量的基因型与环境效应,选取了7个蛋白质含量不同的大麦品种种植在新疆3个生态条件差异明显的试点。方差分析及其多重比较与逐步回归分析表明:多点种植处理对大麦籽粒蛋白质及其3种组分含量影响显著;环境与品种的互作对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响极显著;不同品种间籽粒蛋白质含量的差异显著。大麦抽穗—成熟期间的气象因子中,日较差与大麦籽粒蛋白质及其3种组分含量均有不同程度的明显相关性,而平均日照时数与日平均相对湿度也与3种蛋白质组分有不同程度的明显相关性。说明选取特定品种种植在适宜的生态条件下对调节大麦籽粒蛋白质及其组分含量是可行的,尤其对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的调控作用十分有效。 To reveal the genotypic and environmental effects on the contents of protein and its components in barley grain, seven different barley cultivars were selected and planted on three locations with obvious different ecological conditions. Variance analyses with its multiple comparisons and stepwise regression analyses showed: the effect of the treatment of different planting locations on the contents of protein and its components in barley grain is obvious, especially for the contents of protein, salted protein and glutein, which remarkably obvious; the interaction effects between different lecations and different cultivars on the protein content in barley grains is remarkably obvious; the protein contents in barley grains between different cuhivars are significantly different. Among many meteorological factors from earring stage to mature stage, the average temperature of each day has obvious correlations with the various contents of protein and its components in barley grain by various degrees; furthermore, the average sunshine time of each day and average relative humility of each day have obvious correlations with the various contents of protein and its components in barley grain by various degrees. These results explain that the way to select specific cultivar and plant under suitable ecological condition is possible to control the contents of protein and its components in barley grain, especially the regulative function to the protein content of barley grain extremely effective.
