摘要
以冶金废渣、粉煤灰和粘土为主要原料,加入一定比例的外加剂,采用烧结法制备了墙体砖。通过性能测试可知:该烧结砖的利废率可达75%~80%左右,且砖的力学性能良好,其抗压强度均达到了MU10-30的标准;当按矿渣45%、粘土10%、粉煤灰30%、碳酸钠5%和水玻璃10%配比配料,于950℃烧结并保温2h时,砖体的强度最高可达31.50MPa。
In the paper, the wall bricks were prepared with the major raw material of fly ash, copper slag and clay, and a few additives as raw materials by sintering method. By testing the properties of the bricks, it was showed that the amount of waste slag used in this brick was 75 - 80%, and the mechanics properties was good, its compressive strength reached the standard of MU10 - 30 ; the optimum proportioning parameters was slag 45%, clay 10%, fly ash 30%, sodium carbonate 5% and water glass 10%, and the maximum compressive strength of bricks was up to 31.50 MPa when the sintering temperature was 950℃ for 2 hours.
