摘要
目的:探讨三七总皂甙对微循环障碍的主要白细胞与血管内皮的粘附因子的抑制作用。方法:采用内毒素(LPS)连续静脉给药的方法建立大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍模型,观察三七总皂甙对白细胞及静脉内皮粘附的抑制作用,并用流式细胞仪检测外周血粒细胞粘附因子CD11b、CD18的表达。结果:在LPS静脉滴注20min后,静脉血管壁的白细胞数显著增多,三七总皂甙可以显著抑制白细胞及内皮细胞的粘附,在体外LPS刺激可显著增加中性粒细胞表面粘附因子的表达,而三七总皂甙可以抑制粒细胞CD11b和CD18的表达,差异具显著性。结论:三七总皂甙通过抑制细胞粘附因子CD11b及CD18的表达,起到抑制白细胞血管壁粘附的作用。
Objective:To study the inhibiting effect of total notoginseng saponin on WBC and venous endothelic adhesion factors. Methods: The rat model with mesentery microcirculatory disturhance was made using continuous intro venous drip of LPS in order to observe the inhibiting effect of total notoginseng saponin on WBC and venous endothelic adhesion. The expression of peripheral granuiocytic adhesion factors CD11h, CD18 was tested with fluid cell instrument. Results: After 20min of LPS drip the WBC on the vein wall obviously increased numerically. It was shown that the total notoginseng saponin could markedly inhibit adhesion of WBC and endothelioeyte, while the adhesion factors of neutrophil could he remarkahly expressed as a result of stimulation of LPS. The total notoginseng saponin could inhibit the expression of CD11b and CD18. Conclusion: The total notoginseng saponin can inhihit the adhesion of WBC to the vascular wall hy means of inhibiting expression of cell adhesion factors CD11b and CD18.
