分子诊断学在眼科的应用

摘要 分子诊断学是利用分子生物学和分子遗传学技术,将疾病的相关基因、蛋白与临床诊断紧密结合的一门学科,目前已初步应用于眼科遗传性疾病、恶性肿瘤和感染性疾病的分子诊断,为眼部疾病的预测、预防、诊断、治疗和转归提供信息和解决策略。 Molecular diagnostics is a new discipline that use molecular biological and molecular genetic techniques to combine disease-related gene or protein and clinical diagnosis It is initially applied for the molecular diagnosis of genetic eye disease, malignancy tumor and infectious eye diseases Molecular diagnostics can provide information and strategy on the prediction, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and change of eye diseases.
