摘要
目的:研究贯叶连翘提取物防治血管性痴呆的作用。方法:永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉,采用水迷宫和病理组织学方法观察药物作用。结果:贯叶连翘提取物能降低永久性结扎双侧颈总动脉后24小时内大鼠的死亡率,有降低大鼠水迷宫游出时间和错误次数的趋势,给药30d给药组与对照组相比水迷宫的错误次数显著降低;能防止海马锥体细胞死亡;提高大鼠双侧颈动脉永久性结扎后,海马SS阳性神经元数目。结论:贯叶连翘提取物在治疗血管性痴呆上有一定的开发前景。
Objective: To investigate the effect of extracts of Hypericum perforatum on vasculardementia model rats. Methods : Use rats with permanent bilateral occlusion of common carotidarter iesasa vasculardementia model. Results : Extracts of Hypericum perforatum decreased the mortality of model rats with in 24 hours after receiving permanent 2 VO operation;could significantly improve the abilith of learning and memory function tested by the water maze,as well as reduced the death of hippocampalpyramidal cells, in 30 days after receiving permanent 2 VO operation. Extracts of Hypericum perforatum could reverse pathophysiological change of the hippocampal SS neurons in model rats. Conclusion: Extracts of Hypericum perforatum might have been prompted definite empoldering foreground in therapeutic effect on vascu)ardementia diseases.
