软紫草二型花柱植株结实特性的比较研究 被引量:6

Comparative Study of Fruit-setting Characteristics of Distyly Arnebia euchroma(Boraginaceae) Plants

摘要 对软紫草二型花柱植株结实特性的观察结果表明:3个样地中长花柱植株的分枝数、每株花数及结实率均高于短花柱植株;在S1和S2中,长花柱植株的单株种子产量、结籽率和种子千粒重均高于短花柱植株;S3中长花柱植株的单株种子产量和结籽率高于短花柱植株,而种子千粒重却低于短花柱植株。统计分析显示,软紫草2种花型植株的结实特性在各样地中存在不同程度的差异,而同一花型植株的结实特性在不同样地间多表现出差异显著,说明软紫草的结实特性受花型和生境的双重影响,且生境比花型对其结实特性的影响更大。 The observation of the fruit-setting characteristics of distyly Arnebia euchrorna plants revealed that in three quadrats, the plants with long and middle-length styles had higher branch numbers,higher flower umbers per plant and high setting rates than the plants with short style; In quadrats 1 and 2,the plants with long styles had higher seed yields,higher seed setting rates and higher 1 000-seed weights than the plants with short styles and in qudrat 3 ,the plants with mid length styles had high seed yields,and high seed-setting rates than the plants with short styles but lower 1 000 seed weights than the latter. Statistical analysis indicates that Arnebia euchroma plants with the two styles differed in seed setting among the different quadrats to a varying degree and the plants with same styles appeared to significantly differ in seed setting among the different quadrats, which indicating that the seed setting characteristics of Arnebia euchrorna were affected by its flower types and habitats and more by the latter.
