海洛因成瘾者脑灰质密度的对照研究 被引量:11

CONTROLLED STUDY OF CEREBRAL GRAY MATTER CONCENTRATION IN PATIENTS WITH HEROIN DEPENDENCE

摘要 目的:研究海洛因依赖者脑灰质密度的情况。方法:使用磁共振成像系统对男性海洛因成瘾者(n=14)和与之相匹配的正常男性(n=10)进行脑结构扫描,并采用基于像素的形态学测量(VBM)的方法对数据进行分析。结果:同正常对照相比,海洛因成瘾组在左侧枕叶(楔前叶、枕上回),左侧顶叶(顶下小叶)出现灰质密度下降(P<0.005)。结论:海洛因成瘾者存在脑结构的损害。主要包括楔前叶和顶下小叶,它们的异常可能是成瘾者执行功能、认知功能异常的基础之一。 ABSTRACT Objective: To study the cerebral gray matter concentration in patients with heroin dependence after stopping heroin use. Methods:Voxel based morphometry in conjunction with statistical parametric mapping was applied to the structural magnetic resonance images of heroin dependent patients (n = 14) and normal control(n = 10). Results: Compared with the control group, the cerebral gray matter concentration in heroin dependent group had a significant decrease (P 〈 0.005 ) in the left occipital lobe and parietal lobe. Conclusion: The gray matter was lost in the brains of heroin dependent patients, mainly in the precuneus and inferior parietal lobule. The function of these brain regions was involved in working memory, behavioral inhibition, attention and assignation of emotional valence to environmental stimuli and so on ,which in turn may contribute to some of the behavioral deficits characteristics in chronic heroin users,
