拉压全过程充填体损伤演化本构方程研究 被引量:16

摘要 为了解和掌握大体积充填体在大面积暴露情况下的弹塑性区域及拉、压应力状态分布情况,减少回采矿柱时产生的贫化损失,保证充填体柱的安全稳定,用本构模型建立的理论值对充填体破坏过程的实测值进行了拟合.利用先进的MTS和INSTRON刚性伺服试验机系统对特大型采场原位取样的不同配比充填体进行了无侧限单轴抗压、劈裂拉伸强度试验,测得了所需的各种力学参数及拉、压应力-应变全过程曲线.实验结果表明:建立的充填体拉、压状态损伤演化方程和损伤本构模型能够较好的描述充填体的损伤演化性质和破坏过程,由本构模型建立的理论曲线与实测曲线拟合得较好,理论值与实测值能够较好吻合.试验结论对预测充填体抗压、抗拉强度及破坏过程和对充填体抗压、抗拉损伤研究具有极为重要的现实意义,建立的损伤本构方程可以对同类矿山和相关行业的工程分析和设计提供一定的借鉴作用. For understanding and mastering the elastic and plastic region, and the distribution of tensile stress and compressive stress of large volume backfill with a large area being exposed, reducing the ore dilution loss in the process of pillar mining, the failure process of the backfill was simulated by using the experimental values and the theoretical values from the constitutive model. By using the advanced MTS and INSTRON rigid servo experimental machine system, the uniaxial compressive test and the splitting tensile test were conducted, obtaining all kinds of mechanics parameters and curves of stress-strain. The test results show that the constitutive model can describe damage evolution and failure process. Theoretical curves set up from the constitutive model can well simulate experimentation curves. The theoretical values agree the experimentation values very well. Therefore, the result is of practical significance for predicting the tensile and compressive strength and failure process and for the research on damage evolution of backfilling bodies. In addition, it can be used for reference in engineering analysis and design of the similar mines and related industries.
