防止采空区自燃减漏风措施的研究与应用 被引量:24

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF MEASURES FOR PREVENTION OF SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION OF COAL IN GOAF INDUCED BY AIR LEAKAGE

摘要 为防止采空区因漏风而导致遗煤自燃,经计算机模拟与现场实施研究,定期在采空区“U”形漏风带构筑隔漏风墙,能明显地造成采空区内漏风量及漏风范围跳跃式骤减,扩大不自燃区范围,有效地杜绝了采空区遗煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸灾害.经六枝矿务局木岗矿两年多实施,减少灾害经济损失300多万元.该措施还具有施工简便、成本较低等特点,很适合于经济较不发达、井下条件复杂的突出易燃矿井应用. Based on computer simulation and site experience air stoppings were built periodically in a U shape air leakage area in the goaf to prevent spontaneous ignition of coal,which reduced remarkably the quantity and extent of air leakage in the mined out area,and the extent of non spontaneous combustion area expanded,which prevented effectively the risk of spontaneous ignition and gas explosion.Application of this method in Mugang Mine,Liuzhi Bureau for more than two years reduced the economic loss by over 3 million Yuan RMB.This method is characterized by simple operation,low cost,etc.It is suitable for mines in under developed area and for mines with complicated conditions and with proneness of spontaneous ignition.
