摘要
心肌应变及应变率成像是显示局部心肌形变特征的超声检查技术。应用应变及应变率成像技术可以确定急性心肌缺血、评价心肌功能储备并可以结合多巴酚丁胺负荷试验评价心肌缺血的程度。
Ultrasound strain and strain rate imaging is a new technique to demonstrate regional myocardial deformation. Using strain and strain rate can detect acute isehemia, quantify contractile reserve of moyeardium. Strain rate imaging during dobutamine stress echocardiography provides the degree of myocardial isehemia.
