摘要
目的探讨各级医院建立静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的参考标准。方法引进国外先进管理理念和模式,结合山东大学齐鲁医院PIVAS建设和运行实际效果,针对我国各地实际情况归纳出各种条件下各层次PIVAS的具体要求。结果以床位数为主要依据,将各级医院分为＜500、500～、1 000～、≥1 500以上4个层次,并结合其静脉药物日配置量,从PIVAS选址、建筑面积、功能分区、设计标准、配置设施、人员配备(药师、护士、工人人数及配比)、基本经费预算等方面提出了建立PIVAS的参考标准。结论PIVAS直接影响患者的医疗和医院的效益,如何建立既符合规范标准要求,又适合医院经济状况,投资不要过大,能适合各级医院使用的PIVAS,是需要全面研究的系统工程。
Objective To explore the reference standard for the pharmacy intravenous admixture seruices （PIVAS） establishment at all levels of hospitals. Methods We introduced the advanced foreign management concept and mode, combined the practice of establishing and operating PIVAS in Qilu Hos pital of Shandong University, and concluded the specific requests for PIVAS establishment at various levels of hospital in view of the actual situation in various places of China. Results Take the bed number as main basis, we divided all hospitals into four levels of 〈500, 500-1000, 1000-1500, and ≥1500. Meanwhile, combining the daily quantity of intravenous infusion medications preparation, we put forward the reference standard for PIVAS establishment from the following aspects., address selection, construction area, function district, design standard, disposal of facilities, staffing （population and ratio of apothecary, nurse and worker）, basic budget, and so on. Conclusions The PIVAS directly influences the medical treatment of patients and the performance of a hospital. To make the PIVAS establishment not only meet the standard requirement, but also suit the hospital＇s economic condition and avoid exces sive investment, as well as suit the practice of all levels of hospitals, is a systemic project needs to study comprehensively.
