摘要
根据中性点不接地系统中单相瞬时性接地激发铁磁谐振时零序电压的特点,将零序电压按时段分成2组,利用小波包分别对2组电压进行分解,按能量最大原则选取特征频段。根据2组电压特征频段的异同实现铁磁谐振的检测,并采用电压幅值比较法作为辅助判据。仿真结果和硬件实验平台实验结果表明该方法能正确地将铁磁谐振、单相瞬时性和单相永久性接地区分开。
According to the feature of zero-sequence voltage while the f in neutral non-grounding system is torched off by single-phase instantaneous grounding fault, the zero-sequence voltage is divided into two groups according to time-interval and the two groups of voltage are decomposed by wavelet packet respectively, then the characteristic band is chosen based on the principle of maximum energy. According to the similarities and differences of the characteristic bands of the two groups of voltage the detection of ferroresonance can be implemented while the comparison of voltage amplitude is adopted as the auxiliary criterion.
