敞口型离心喷嘴动力学特性理论分析 被引量:14

摘要 本文从理论上对敞口型离心喷嘴的动态特性进行了分析,考虑了旋流腔内轴向分速对流量振荡的影响,推导出敞口型喷嘴动态特性的计算公式。选取敞口型和同类别收口型离心喷嘴为算例,分别计算敞口型离心喷嘴和收口型离心喷嘴的动态特性。计算结果表明:敞口型离心喷嘴动态的流量相对振幅比同类别收口型离心喷嘴小得多,而且其幅频特性和相频特性变化稳定。 Theoretical study about the dynamics of open swirl injector has been performed. The influence of axial velocity of the liquid in vortex chamber of open swirl injector on the mass flow rate pulsation has been analyzed. The formula for the dynamics of the open swirl injector has been deduced. The dynamics of open and common swirl model injectors was calculated. The results show that the flux fluctuation of open swirl injector is much less than common swirl injector. Moreover, the phase characteristics of open swirl injector is more stable than that of common swirl injector with the increase of frequency.
