摘要
实验室成功合成了ZSM-22,SAPO-11和β3种分子筛,采用NH3-TPD对其酸性进行了表征,并对三种分子筛催化剂上正十二烷的临氢异构化反应进行了研究,考查了不同分子筛催化剂的活性和选择性。结果表明,正十二烷临氢异构化反应的活性主要由其酸性决定,而选择性则与其酸性和孔结构密切相关,弱酸和中等强度的酸对异构化反应有利。
Three types of zeolites(ZSM - 22, SAPO- 11 and β) were synthesized successfully on a lab scale and characterized by NH3 - TPD. The catalysts made of these three zeolites were used in hydroisomerization of n - dodecane in fixed bed microreactot and the activity and the selectivity of the zeolite catalysts were investigated. The results indicated that the different zeolites showed different behavior for the isomerization and SAPO - 11 possessed the highest selectivity which indicating that the weak and mild acid sites are favorable for the hyisomerization of n - dodecane.
