摘要
目的:对食管癌术后,早期肠内、肠外营养支持方法的比较。方法:对78例食管癌患者随机分为两组,分别予肠外营养及肠内营养;检测术前、术后外周血淋巴细胞、ALB、转铁蛋白,BUN进行对照研究。结果:两组患者术后营养均有所改善,但肠内营养肠蠕动恢复快。结论:术后加强营养及监护对食管癌患者术后恢复十分重要,不同营养途径均可达到营养需要,但以肠内营养途径为最佳。
Objective To compare the different methods of nutritional support on esophagus cancer patients after surgical operation. Methods 78 patients of esophagus cancer were divided into PPN and EN group：the TSF, ALB and BON were measured before and after the operations for studying.Nursing of nutrition coursing was strengthened. Results All the patients of 2 groups got improvement in state of nuteition..In EN group,intestinal peristalsis recovered quickly. Conclusion To strengthen the nutritional support and nursing after surgical operation is important for the recovery of esophagus cancer patients .Both 2 ways can meet the demands,but EN is the best.
