摘要
植物状态生存预后差,维持治疗会消耗大量社会卫生资源。文章反思了生命神圣论下植物状态的生存价值,并从生命价值论阐述植物状态生存的内在价值和外在价值,剖析生命质量和生命价值与植物状态放弃治疗的关系。
The prognosis of patients with persistent vegetative state （PVS） is poor. Large numbers of social health resources are consumed by maimaining the life of the patient with PVS. The paper investigated the intrinsic and extrinsic value of PVS from the view of life value,and the relationship of life quality and life value with giving up trentment.
