摘要
牛津大学本科导师制适应高等教育大众化发展的需要在保持传统的同时也呈现出一些新的变化。它依旧以各学院为依托,但又不完全禁锢于某个学院之中。导师的选择,导师课论文的要求以及对导师教学的评价监督都更具灵活性。在教学理念上,它仍然坚持关注学生个体发展,强调师生的互动合作以及培养学生独立思考的能力。牛津大学本科导师制在新时期的变化可为我们实施本科导师制提供有益的启示。
The tutorial system of undergraduates in the University of Oxford has taken on some new characteristics, at the same time, it has retained its traditional qualities. It bases itself on each college, but doesn' t confine itself in any one. The election of tutors, the form of tutorial essays, tutorial teaching and the supervision are all much more flexible. It emphasizes the students' personal development, the cooperation between the tutors and the students and the training of students' independent thinking ability. The changes of the tutorial system of undergraduates in Oxford give us some useful inspiration.
