21世纪高校管理的基础是信息,高校应特别重视贵重仪器设备档案信息的数字化和网络化工作,以便为学校规划决策及时提供准确的基础数据,更好地为教学科研服务。同时,根据所归档的资料建立信息网络,建立统一规范的大型仪器设备档案信息数据库,为设备资源利用和开发服务,帮助师生解决利用校园网上网查询各种贵重仪器设备档案等实际问题。
The universities management bases on the information in the 21st century. The universities should pay specially attention to the digitization and the network on file information,which provides the accurate foundation data for plan decisionmaking and serves for the scientific research. At the same time, the information network establish the file information database, which helps the teachers and students for the actual problems in the equipment resources the using , the developing and checking to the informating.
