摘要
以SIGMA公司提供的DNJ样品为标样,用HPLC-PDA法对桑叶、桑枝皮层和桑枝木质部进行DNJ含量的分析测定。结果测得DNJ的含量分别是桑枝皮层为4.956mg/g;桑叶为1.622mg/g;桑枝木质部为0.409mg/g。
Taking DNJ that produced by parts of mulberry, the mulberry leaf, SIGMA as the standard sample, the content of DNJ in three mulberry branch phloem and xylem was determined. The experiment result showed that： the DNJ in mulberry branch phloem was 4.956 mg/g, was 1.622 mg/g in mulberry leaf, and was 0.409 mg/g. in mulberry branch xylem respectively.
