OSASH睡眠脑电信息的非线性动力学分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的特征是低氧血症,睡眠结构紊乱,其危害大,发病率高,与心、脑血管病发病有关,积极的治疗可以降低心血管病死亡率。诊断的“金标准”是多导睡眠监测(PSG),目前PSG分析EEG沿用传统的线性分析方法,导致大量信息丢失,只能对OSAHS睡眠进行简单分期,而不能对整夜睡眠结构进行量化分析。通过对OSAHS患者PSG的EEG信号非线性动力学领域复杂性测定,评估OSAHS患者睡眠紊乱与呼吸道解剖及生理状态间的关系,预测其病理变化,从而达到对OSAHS进行早期干预的目的。
