数字图像录井技术在空气钻井中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对普光地区空气钻井粉末状岩屑岩性识别的技术难题,从岩屑的采集处理、数字图像的采集、显微图像分析、岩性识别等方面介绍了研究成果。提出在空气钻井中岩屑粒径为0.10~0.15mm和0.15~0.45mm的两组粒级最能代表地层的真实岩性,此粒级岩屑约占总体积的30%;分析了应用岩屑彩色数字图像识别岩性新技术的特点和优势,通过6口井空气钻井细碎岩屑的应用研究,证实数字图像岩屑资料具有重复性、永久性应用价值,提高岩性识别符合率10%以上,达到了82.6%;认为该技术更有利于识别标志层和卡准层位,有利于地质资料的数字化,对录井数字化信息技术的发展与应用具有很好的促进作用。 In view of the technical problems of powdered cuttings lithology identification with air drilling in Puguang area,the paper introduced the researched results from the aspects of cuttings acquisition and processing,digital images acquisi- tion,micro-image analysis,lithology identification etc..It put forward that during air drilling,two cutting grades in 0.10~0.15 mm and 0.15~0.45 mm particle diameters, could represent real formation lithology best,the cuttings of the above grades occupied about 30% of bulk volume,in addition,analyzed features and superiorities of the new technique of using cuttings colored digital images to identify lithology.By applying this technique to powdered cuttings from six wells in air drilling,the results proved that digital image cuttings data had the repeatable and permanent ap- plied value,it improved lithology identification coincidence above 10%,and reached 82.6%.At the same time,digital image cutting data was in favor of identifying reference lam- inas and sticking horizons accurately,was beneficial to the geologic data digitalization and had good accelerating func- tions for mud logging digitized information development and application.
