摘要
采用数显恒温水浴锅HH-4静态模拟点腐蚀实验方法研究不同浓度和不同温度时,新、旧Monel400在三氯化铁溶液中的腐蚀行为,探讨Cl-浓度和温度对材料耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在三氯化铁溶液中,随着Clˉ浓度和温度升高,Monel400的耐蚀性能下降,腐蚀速率增加,腐蚀后的表面形貌为不均匀腐蚀。
Using the number-display constant temperature water-bath HH-4 to simulate the dop corrosion experimental technique in different density and temperature, the corrosion behavior of new & old Monel 400 in iron trichloride solution was studied, the influence of Cl^- concentration and temperature on the performance of corrosion resistantce of t he material was discussed. The results show that,in trichloride solution , with the increase of Cl^- concentration and temperature, the performance of corrosion resistance of Monel 400 alloy reduces,the corrosion rate constantly increases.The corroded surface is non-uniform corrosion.
