摘要
介绍了激光表面织构化的过程及其摩擦学研究现状,讨论了激光表面织构的形状、直径、深度、取向和密度等结构参数对润滑状态及其磨损机理的影响,指出今后可将先进涂层技术和激光表面织构化结合起来,在混合/边界润滑状态下获得较低的摩擦系数,并应加强以润滑理论为基础的研究,预先模拟、计算出表面微结构的最佳参数以达到实际摩擦工况的润滑要求.
Laser surface texturing as an approach for the application of sliding contact components has provided very outstanding tribological performance. This paper introduces laser texturing processing and tribological status of laser surface texturing in industry. The effect of laser-textured structural factors such as shape, diameter, depth, orientation and density on friction mechanism and lubricating state was discussed. With the integration of advanced coating technologies with laser texturing, lower friction coefficient can be achieved under mixed-boundary lubricated condition. It was suggested to focus on the theoretical research of laser-textured optimal parameter by simulating and computing to achieve lubricating demands under practical working condition.
