摘要
分析了我国工程管理教学的现状及存在的问题,面对新世纪的挑战,分别从专业培养目标确定、教师综合素质提高途径及优化学生培养模式3个层面,探索了新形势下我国工程管理人才培养新模式。
The paper analyses the training students state of our country's construction management and problems. Then the paper approaches the training modes of construction management students from three angles: deftning the training aim; improving the teachers' comprehensive quality and optimizing the training modes.
