摘要
分析了我国工程管理教学的现状及存在的问题,面对新世纪的挑战,分别从专业培养目标确定、教师综合素质提高途径及优化学生培养模式3个层面,探索了新形势下我国工程管理人才培养新模式。
The paper analyses the training students state of our country＇s construction management and problems. Then the paper approaches the training modes of construction management students from three angles： deftning the training aim; improving the teachers＇ comprehensive quality and optimizing the training modes.
