摘要
以L-丙氨酸、新制氢氧化铜粉末为原料,合成了L-丙氨酸螯合铜。运用正交实验法获得了最佳反应条件,L-丙氨酸和氢氧化铜物质的量之比为2∶1的混合物在75℃下,pH=6.0的环境中,反应3 h可以得到产率为69.3%的产物。并用EDTA滴定法测定络合物中铜元素的含量,用化学分析和红外光谱分析对其进行结构确认。
The reaction conditions of producing the chelate of L-Alanine with Cu ( Ⅱ ) from L-Alanine acid and Cu (OH)2 were studied. The optimum conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of L-Alanine acid and copper hydroxide was 2:1 ; pH = 6.0; reaction temperature,75 ℃ ; reaction time, 3 h. The higher chelate of L-Alanine acid with Cu ( Ⅱ ) was precipitated with yield of 69.3 %, and the complex was analyzed by chemical and IR spectroscopie.
