摘要
通过试验和分析提出了在热变形温度与维卡软化点测定仪中应用温度曲线拟合的测定方法,介绍了拟合方程系数的在线修正方法。通过与其他传统温度测量方法的试验结果比较,验证了采用曲线拟合方法在动态温度测量中的优越性。同时还扼要叙述了系统相关部分的软硬件实现原理。
A curve-fitting method in HDT and VICAT softening point measurement and a method for on-line parameter modifying were proposed. A higher precision was obtained compared with regular methods. The configuration in hardware and software was also briefly described.
