摘要
目前对于收到基水分的测量,现场一直采用的是离线取样测量,这种方法的实时性不是很好。现场需要一种新的而且能够快速准确测量的方法来测量水分。基于制粉系统热量平衡引入软测量技术,建立了入炉煤收到基水分的软测量在线监测模型。该模型通过从SIS系统中提取给煤机给煤量,磨煤机入口一次风量、一次风温度等数据来实现对入炉煤水分值的监测。由于所取数据具有干扰信号,需进行数据处理。文中运用小波变换的方法对所取数据进行数据预处理,能够有效去除噪声信号。小波除噪对非平稳信号的噪声消除具有无可比拟的优点。通过计算,验证了该模型所测得的收到基水分值的误差可以满足现场需求,为解决现场工作的需要提供了一个好方法。
Electric power station always measures moisture as received coal through samples and lab measurements. This paper presents an online model of monitoring coal moisture based on heat balance of milling system and soft-sensing technique, relying on measurements of milling capacity, air flow and air temperature and so on that are available in SIS. The wavelet analysis is used to cancel the noise. The application on site shows that the divagation of the calculated moisture can satisfy the need of the electric powex station.
