摘要
在绘制混凝土喷射机料斗三维实体模型的基础上,采用有限元分析方法来研究混凝土喷射机料斗部件的固有频率,得出其前21阶模态频率。结果表明:根据其各阶固有频率的数值,确定与电机发生共振的转速为517.578 r/m in。从料斗的振型图来看,料斗的低阶频率振动方向主要是左右振动,只有轻微的上下振动。这些结论为现有的混泥土喷射泵料斗的改造优化和实际应用提供设计参考。
The technology of shotcreting support with the advantages of quick and prompt convenient and low cost, is widely used in the underground mining and the tunnel construction. The visual nastran software is adopted that it is analyzed for inhere frequency of hopper of shotcreting equipment. According to the analysis of simulations results, the conclusions are indicated that its vibration has specifically direction. These data of hopper of shotcreting equipment will provide reference for future designs.
