摘要
目的了解医院抗抑郁药的应用状况及发展趋势。方法采用金额排序和频度分析、限定日剂量(DDD值)排序的分析方法对广东省惠州市中心人民医院2001—2005年常用抗抑郁药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果医院抗抑郁药的用药金额及用药频度(DDDs)逐年提高。结论非三环类抗抑郁药占主导地位,但价格低廉的三环类抗抑郁药仍被相当多患者接受,开发疗效肯定、价格适中、副作用小的抗抑郁新药将有较广阔的发展前景。
Objective To observe the current situation and the developing trend of the use of antidepressants in Central People＇s Hospital of Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, Methods The antidepressants used in the hospital during 2001- 2005 were analysed statistically. Results Consumptive sum of money and DDDs of antidepressants were increasing by years. Conclusion Non-tricyclic antidepreessants occupy the predominant position. But tricyclic antidepressants are still accepted by very part of patients for the low price. Developping the new drug of antidepressants with curative effect, right price and small side effects will have the vast development foreground.
