摘要
学科互涉是打破传统单一而封闭的学科界限,走出固有的学科结构状态,对不同学科话语进行综合置换与重新解读的过程。平台中,学科之间全面交流与碰撞,导致学科间持有一种能动的张力。基于学科文化的视角,张力主要存在于知识理论、方法论和思维方式等方面。形成跨学科的平台文化,是消解平台中学科互涉导致学科文化张力的关键。建立项目学术团队,训练学科人的综合思维,规范基本术语和概念,共享科研成果和培养通才型首席主任等是整合学科文化、建构平台文化的重要步骤和手段。
Cross-disciplinary development aims at moving beyond existing disciplinary structure to promote creative tensions hence dynamic integration through collaboration and collision between different disciplines. Intei--disciplinary creative tensions main exist in knowledge structure, methodology and mode of thinking. Building multi-disciplinary institutional platforms are important to produce positive results from creative tensions. The key strategies for such platform building requires forming projectbased academic teams, fostering comprehensive and inter-disciplinary mode of thinking, regulating common concepts and terminology, sharing research results, and training broad-based platform leadership.
