摘要
实践教学的重要性日益凸显,而目前国内院校酒店实验室建设仍然是薄弱环节.结合重庆工学院旅游管理专业实际,通过对酒店管理实验室实物平台、电子平台和社会大平台建设内容和措施的研究,为酒店管理实验室应该建什么、怎么建、怎么管、怎么用等问题提供借鉴.
Practice teaching becomes increasingly important, while the lab construction of hotel management at higher institutions in China is still at low level. Taking into the consideration of tourism management specialty of Chongqing Institute of Technology, this paper studies the contents and measures of establishing the physical, electronic and social platform in the lab of hotel management. They are useful reference for the contents, method, management and utilization of the lab of hotel management.
