摘要
目的:观测上颌窦底壁的形态及至各牙槽嵴的间距,为临床上颌骨手术、种植手术的进路、深度提供参考数据。方法:采用100个成人上颌骨对其上颌窦底壁的形态及其至各牙槽嵴顶的间距进行观察与测量,根据吴氏《人类骨学测量方法》规定的年龄估计及性别的标准加以分析。结果:经性别鉴定其中男性54个,女性46个。上颌窦底壁均值长:男36.31mm,女34.28mm;上颌窦底壁至第二前磨牙牙槽嵴顶距离:男15.36±3.81mm;女12.23±2.50mm;至第一磨牙牙槽嵴顶距离:男12.95±2.79mm;女12.02±2.55mm;至第二磨牙牙槽嵴顶距离:男13.07±3.56mm,女12.67±2.10mm;至第三磨牙牙槽嵴顶距离:男14.52±4.34mm,女11.20±2.56mm;上颌窦底壁呈弓弧形72例,类似三角形28例。结论:男、女上颌窦底壁至牙槽嵴顶距离其左右侧之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但上颌窦底壁的长度男、女之间有显著性差异,男大于女(P<0.01)。提示,在进行上颌骨外科手术时应留意上颌窦与周围组织的关系。
Objective： To provide some referential date for deterring the approach and depth when ,maxillary operation or dental plantation was made. Methods： 100 adult maxillae were collected to observe the morphology of maxillary sinus base wall and measure the distance from it to each crest of alveolar ridge. The date obtained were analyses according to age-evaluation and sexual standard （WU： Measurement＇s Methods of Human Skeleton, 1965）.Results：The sexual measurement showed 54 maxillae were from male and 46 from female. The average length of maxillary sinus base wall was 36.31mm in meal and 34.28mm in female; the distance from sinus base wall to alveolar ridge crest of ten and anterior mole was 15.36±3.81mm mad 12.23±2.50mm, to that of the 1st mole was 12.95 ±2.79mm and 12.02 ± 2.55mm, to that of the 3rd mole was 14.52±4.34mm and 11.20±2.56mm in male and female respectively; in shape 72 base walls were like an arc and 28 a triangle. Conclusion： There is no Harebell sexual or situational（Left or right）difference of distance from maxillary sinus base wall to alveolar crystal（P〈0.05）. But the difference of length of the sinus base well is obvious between the two sexualities, Ie in male〉in female （P〈0.01）,It intimates that one must pay attention to the Legation of maxillary sinus with its surrounding tissues during the maxillary operation.
